Training and coaching in mental toughness

Across Boundaries uses the concept of Mental Toughness to help people become more resilient to the stresses of everyday work. This minimises the risk of serious stress related problems and increases personal performance and job satisfaction.
We are trained to administer MTQ48 diagnostic and Mental Toughness Development Programme (AQR Ltd).
